We will discuss potential timelines, consultants that you may need to hire, and how a licensed architect can help make the design, permitting, and construction process as smooth as possible.

Generally, project milestones will include (1) Schematic Design, (2) Construction Documents, (3) Agency Approval, and (4) Construction. Most clients opt for a fixed fee approach for each milestone, billed on a percentage completion basis. Check-in’s can be as frequent (or infrequent) based on your schedule and desired level of involvement in the design.
